Job Description

We are looking for dynamic, passionate Applied Bheaviour Analysis Therapist (ABA Therapist) to work with students who have learning difficulties, behavioural and/or special needs. Prior work experience of at least 5 years is required.

Job Duties & Requirements

• Full time position (Mondays-Fridays, 830am to 6pm)
• Develop and implement therapy protocols and IEPs
• Maintain case notes and reports progress
• Provide 1:1 sessions
• Provide small group sessions
• Manage student behaviours in classroom
• Mentor/support Teachers/Therapists in the behavioural management realm
• Modify lessons according to each child’s ability level
• Be knowledgeable on professional techniques and best practices in special education
  
  

Qualification/Experience Requirements

• Must have at least a professional diploma/certificate (but Bachelor’s degree is preferred) in education, special education, counselling, psychology, or related field
• Minimum 5 year work experience
• Preferred: Formal ABA Training (e.g. BCBA)
• Preferred: Experience as Case Manager or Programmer Manager in an ABA setting
