KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Lead and develop EVYD’s Digital Therapeutics (DTx) as a globally recognized and forward-looking business, that leads the way with innovative ideas and practices.

· Uphold EVYD’s vision and values in all activities.

· Develop high quality business strategies and plans, ensuring their alignment with the vision and mission of EVYD.

· Guide the development and execution of both short and long term strategies and plans for our DTx business, bearing full responsibilities of the operations.

· Lead and motivate teams to advance employee engagement to develop a high performance team.

· Actively pursue opportunities to develop, maintain and enhance key partnerships with various stakeholders and act as the key relationship manager for strategic and important stakeholders including health authorities and large commercial health organizations.

· Oversee all the workstreams within DTx, including product development, commercialization services, regulatory, go-to-market.

· Maintain a view of the competitive landscape and drive best practices around digital innovation, digital health and digital experience, develop new and innovative ways to enhance the digital footprint across the enterprise.

· Lead internal and external webinars, develop educational materials, and help drive change management around digital innovation for our clients.

· Represent EVYD in negotiations with customers, suppliers and other relevant entities (including Government departments and other key contacts) to secure the most effective contract terms for the Company.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Business degree (or equivalent) with at least 10 years of executive leadership experience in life sciences, medical devices, healthcare, healthtech or consulting with demonstrated experience and results in innovation focused roles, like digital health, digital transformation or digital experience.

· Having an advanced degree (e.g. MBA) will be an advantage.

· Ability to speak in both English and Mandarin will be an advantage.
