RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement age-appropriate curriculum according to the Company’s curriculum framework
• Responsible in maintaining quality classroom and learning environment that supports development in accordance to the curriculum framework
• Foster trusting and respectful relationship with children and parents, by being a positive role model
• Execute daily routine accordance to time schedule
• Administrate minimum paper work for reference / recording purposes

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least a Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching (DECCE-T or CECCCE), or Diploma in Child Pyschology & Early Education
• Minimum GCE ’O’ Level credit in English

OTHER INFORMATION

• Ability to build good rapport with parents and various stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work well independently as well as within a team
• Passionate about working with children
• Driven to making a positive impact in the early education of the young
