Piping/Steel Supervisor

Job content

- Candidate should have experince in marine industry or Shipyard in steel and piping department.

- Candidate should be able to lead a team of welder/Fitter for steel repair job on board ships at anchorage or Shipyard

- Candidate should be able to calculate steel required for renewal for repair jobs.

- Candidate should be able to make basic sketch with dimension for steel fabrication and renewal.

- Candidate should have good knowledge about surface preparation and welding procedure for various type of steel.

- Candidate should know welding methodology and types of welding rods to be used for various type of jobs.

- Candidate should have knowledge about pipes and welding procedures to supervise welders while at job.

- Candidate should have basic written and spoken English capability.

_ Candidate should be able to reday drawings and interpret correctly for the repair.

- Candidate should have capability to handle client and class surveyor for all reapir works
