As a Patient Service Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties :

• Answering telephone calls and assist with patients’ enquiries
• Filing and retrieval of case-notes and Laboratory reports
• Assist in scheduling appointments for patients
• Perform registration of patients
• Take and record patients’ weight, blood pressure and urine test
• Assist in insurance claims
• Any other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Candidate must be able to commit to 5.5 days office hours
