The Challenges

The incumbent shall be responsible to:

  • Register patients for visits to Specialist Outpatient Clinic
  • Schedule appointments and assist patients to coordinate multiple appointments
  • Perform billing processes, including payment collection, manage cash float and encourage patients to sign up for cashless payment
  • Provide financial counselling, explain charges and assist patient with various finance schemes available
  • Assist doctor during consultation i.e. chaperone, translation, et cetera
  • Prepare patients for physical examination and take patient’s height and weight
  • Support doctors in teleconsultation i.e. equipment setup, coordinate with patients, et cetera

The Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O Level
  • Preferably 1-year experience in customer-related / front desk service
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
  • Working knowledge on computers
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong passion to serve the patients
  • Successful candidates will be offered a 1 year contract
