Operations Manager (Healthcare/ 3PL)

• 5 day work week; Mondays to Fridays
• Location: West Part of Singapore
• Team Based working environment

Our client, an established company in the logistics industry, is looking for suitable and experienced candidates to join them!

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all warehouse related activities, including inbound, outbound and storage operations
• Develop and implement strategies and programs
• Perform established supply chain operations for managing healthcare and medical devices according to GDO and GDPMDS when applicable
• Provide certification and SOP guidance
• Manage key customer’s expectation with agreed KPIs
• Preparing monthly reports for management and clients as per SLAs
• Manage and engage team members as required
• Assist the team’s senior management with the development of new service solutions and projects
• Work closely with the QA department to ensure adherence, compliance and regulation
• Other duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain/ Business or equivalent
• Minimum 6 - 10 years of relevant experience in a supervisory position
• Candidates from pharmaceutical logistics industry will be advantageous
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
