Job content

  • Oversee the entire day-to-day operations of the front office, housekeeping, security and engineering to ensure the smooth operations.
  • Supervising staff to ensure the adherence to pre-established policies and procedures.
  • Manage efficiently the operations and costs control of all the departments and facilities.
  • Responsible for Profits & Losses, EBITDA, ADR, budgets etc.
  • Monitor the productivity of the various departments and work closely with them to increase overall efficiency.
  • Engage in effective communication with the stakeholders, management, colleagues and guests, and cultivate good working relationships with them.
  • Ensure that all the staff receive timely skills upgrading and relevant training.
  • Initiate ways to mitigate problems and improve guests’ experiences.
  • Ensure service levels that exceed expectations.
  • Work with the HR department on the recruitment and hiring of department heads and key positions.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and the relevant legislations.
Requirements
  • Minimum a Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management or an equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience with managerial capacity in the hospitality industry
  • Possess of ability to discover operational efficiencies
  • Service-oriented, attentive to details and observant
  • Management and supervisory skills
