Job content

  • Manage the quality control process of all our devices by carrying outsystem tests and document test results of all Ackcio devices.
  • Manage order fulfilment and assisting in the inventory managementprocess.
  • Ensure a smooth warranty and replacement process for any defectivedevices that are reported by clients.
  • Manage the inbound/outbound logistics of all our shipments
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a technical role involving electronics devices (e.g.,technician)
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills demonstrated by ability to interact professionally with culturally and linguistically diverse staff, stakeholders, clients and consultants, demonstrates maturity in dealing with conflict
  • Advanced Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel spreadsheets, word processing, power point, and electronic mail)
