• Ensure the smooth operation of nutrition and dietary services for inpatients’ meals and in-house events in the hospital.
• Manage diet control in administration work and meal-related matters.
• Compiling meal orders for patients in accordance with their disease condition
• Taking note of patient’s dietary requirements and ensuring that meals are dispatched to the wards timely and correctly
• Attend and tabulate patients’ feedback for review and improvement

• Interest in food & nutrition and the various diet requirements
• Diligent, meticulous and able to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Competent in MS Outlook, Words & Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
