Key accountabilities

  • Responsible for raising employees’ Time Attendance Issues (E.g. Retime, Time Off,

  • Allowances, Annual Leave, Medical Leave, Government Paid Leave etc.)

  • Answer staff enquiries via phone calls and email

  • Liaise with Payroll department on Staff Salary Issue

  • Raise Incident cases on Incident Management System (IMS)

  • Assist reporting officer with key projects enhancements and participate in system UAT

  • Assist in issuing of letters

  • Raise Error Report on SuccessFactor (SF) Issues

  • Prepare data on Re-employment Staff Records and arrange for their medical check-up

  • Assist in preparing data required for various reports and grant submission

  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your reporting officer
  • Skills & experience

    • Diploma in any discipline or equivalent

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

    • Meticulous and detail-oriented

    • Positive and Team-oriented attitude, diligent and keen to learn

    • Able to converse and write in English confidently
