What the role is

You are expectedtoprovide direct clinical supervision, guidanceandassessmentofstudents in supportoftheir learning during clinical education at healthcare institutions. Your key roles include, but notlimitedto, facilitate integrationoftheorytopractice through the nursing process; coachandassess students’ clinical skills competency accordingtothe curriculum; serve as a role modeltosupportandcounsel students in upholding the ITE Care Valueandnursing professionalism.

• You should possess a validSingaporeNursing Board Practising Certificateandtrained in Nursing discipline withatleast3yearsofclinical experience in direct patient care.
