Looking for a Nailcare Team Leader

- Build your own team of Manicurists

- $2800-$3500 basic, depending on experience

- Attractive commission on top of basic

- Overriding commission after team is built

- You can keep your tips

- $4000-$5000 possible with commissions through sale of services, packages, products & tips

- No hard selling required

- Location in the East – Bedok South Ave 3

- Preferably with 3-5 years worth of related experience

Responsibilities

- Manage and run our nailcare programme

- Train and guide new hires (Overriding commission once they are independent)

- Come up with promotions to increase company revenue

- Perform professional nail related services like manicures and pedicures

- Provide professional comprehensive nailcare analysis

- Establish and maintain client relationships

- Sell products and packages offered

- Any other ad-hoc duties
