Orchard Area
5 days work week (11:30am-8:30pm)
  • Ensure all marketing, event collaterals are created & customize to the company’s corporate branding guidelines.
  • Aid in the establishment of brand positioning in Singapore /APAC market.
  • Take charge, oversee, localize & create marketing materials for the company.
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors & third-party business partners to ensure marketing objectives are met according to corporate branding guidelines & integrity.
  • Take charge of company’s social media accounts, online storage accounts for upload & sharing of marketing tools & media.
  • Create & manage content to be posted, scheduled or shared.
  • Analyze social media & market trends & viral content to be utilized/leveraged on to increase brand awareness & garner interest.
  • To follow the HQ facebook page & other APAC facebook pages for inspiration on what to improve for social media.
  • Plan & liaise internally with the HQ team to plan, manage & executive major events.
  • Plan & liaise externally with event management for internal corporate events, providing manpower plan, liaising with external speakers & provide content for presentation slides.
  • Take charge/delegate AV task & photography tasks accordingly.
  • Liaise with HQ to understand and establish promotion mechanism. Check all T&C to ensure the promotion is accurate & customized for local context.
  • Work with CS team on communication to the field, gathering & clarifying potential queries.
  • Create promotion poster & tools to aid the field to fully utilize this promotion.
  • Work with other dept to make sure promotion is smooth (stock-check, communication,etc)
  • Create EDMs to communicate to the field (Event posters, Promotion posters, etc)
  • Translations & copywriting of marketing conten to reach out to wider audience.
  • Internal events scheduling-take charge of the monthly event schedules, liaising with leaders to ensure optimization of classes.
  • Request information from speakers to aid with the marketing.
  • Take charge of corporate presentations (MS PowerPoint) for event & Meetings (gather info/content from speakers & create content & slides)
  • Request marketing collaterals from HQ to be localized, printed & distributed locally.
  • Analyze & advice on market trends & what would drive sales & boost business development.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Communication or its equivalent.
  • Prefer 2- 3 years of relevant experience in retail / Skincare/Health supplement or direct selling company.
  • Must be willing to over OT when required
