Executive, Marketing & Communications - Future Forward (Asia) Graduate Program

This role is responsible for executing and supporting Dornier MedTech’s brand and marketing activities, as well as crafting and adapting copy. The position requires solid copywriting skills and strong collaboration with regional sales and marketing leaders, global product marketing managers, and the digital experience team to develop integrated marketing efforts and ensure the seamless delivery of all marketing initiatives. This role will suit you if you are a savvy wordsmith passionate about writing AND marketing! You will get the opportunity to work with different cultures and people from all works of life.

Job Responsibilities

Content Marketing and Copywriting

  • Conceptualize content and write copy for branding and product-related materials including, but not limited to, brochures, datasheets, posters, presentations and more
  • Review, proofread and optimize online and offline materials and copy to ensure clarity and consistency
  • As the co-editor for our internal quarterly newsletter, edit content from contributors and develop layout

Marketing and Communications

  • Assist in the development and implementation of branding initiatives, marketing campaigns, product launches and promotional activities
  • Support and oversee the development and completion of marketing materials while ensuring adherence to branding guidelines
  • Collaborate within the Global Marketing team on product positioning, and downstream marketing initiatives

Regional Marketing Support

  • Responsible for the maintenance of global and regional marketing material depositories
  • Assist in planning and executing global/regional marketing events, conferences and seminars etc
  • Develop, implement and measure digital marketing campaigns and initiatives where required

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Humanities and Social Sciences or any other related field
  • Less than 2 years of work experience
  • Minimum one-year experience in Marketing and Communications, Public Relations (including relevant internships)
  • Keen interest in global and regional marketing communications especially in the medical industry
  • Self-driven and resourceful with good multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • A great communicator who can work independently under minimal supervision
  • Exceptional writing skills with passion and love for writing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Comfortable working with complex information, such as clinical information and research papers
