Job Responsibilities

· Support and assist in trade marketing activities and strategies with Singapore sales teams to ensure the commercial success of BTL & ABL campaigns.

· Work closely with creative agency to develop and creative POSM materials that are within brand and retailer guidelines. Coordinate with Singapore sales team to ensure on-time and best-in-class executions.

· Collaborate and provides guidance to commercial team to ensure excellent brand representation and deployment of marketing tools e.g brand guidelines, product sell sheets, promotion collaterals, curated collections, POSMs

· Assist in the management of retailers’ seller e-commerce platform.

· Assist in packaging structure development

· To assist with image, sample request and photoshoot

· Assist in simple artwork adaptation that includes packaging, web banner and POSM

· Support marketing team on marketing & administrative tasks.

· Other ad hoc duties assigned

Experience required:

· Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business or Mass Communications or equivalent.

· Fresh graduates are welcome or no work experience needed.

· Digitally skilled

Knowledge and Skills:

· Basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

· An independent team player with a positive attitude and open to learning opportunities
