Marketing Assistant (Telemarketing)

Job content

• To attend inbound calls and assist on IT product enquiries and requests
• To do outbound calls for existing and new customers
• Handle online inquiries via website and e-mail campaigns
• To drive customers to purchase online products
• To update the Customer Relationship Management Portal on sales opportunity & leads
• To assist in Marketing activities (such as marketing events and road shows)
• Products handled: IT Hardware and Software (e.g. Autodesk, Microsoft, Apple, Dell, Lenovo, etc.)
• Note: Telemarketer / Telesales is required to report to office.
