Your Job:
  • Provides leadership, coaching, mentoring for the Clean Tech Process Engineering Team.
  • Resolve operational, safety, security, execution, cross functional and HR related issues in the process engineering team.
  • Drives excellence in terms of Clean Tech tool performance metrics to be best in class in quality, productivity and cost.
  • Lead, manage and be responsible for the Etch process engineering resources.
  • Set KPI goals, track & drive these performance indicators for the Fab and at the same time, ensure good communication/passdown of Fab and Team direction to the ground level.
  • Drive improvement activities in the Fab to enhance productivity, increase efficiency and improve quality performance.
  • Set up and upgrade new or existing tools with effective control systems to maintain process performance with minimal downtime.
  • Characterize and improve existing or new processes through DOE, SPC, FDC and ensure tools meet Process Integration requirements.
  • Be responsible and plan for succession for all critical engineering positions in the Clean Tech Process team.
  • Be responsible to plan and execute career development goals and training for the process team employees.
  • Instill discipline in terms of ensuring employees to follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree/Master/PHD in Engineering
  • Min 10 years relevant experience in Semiconductor Industry
  • Experience in Clean Tech preferred
  • Experience in leadership role preferred
