Logistics Executive / East / Medical MNC / SAP / Up to 3.5K

• Raise non inventory purchase orders and collate data for reporting, follow up for timely receiving of invoices.
• Perform receiving in SAP for all purchase orders ME2N, ME23N, MIGO
• Create Delivery and Invoices to Inter-Company Customers
• Create stock transport order (STO) dates to warehouse and ensure that Pos are received correctly in SAP.
• Coordinate documentation and delivery with freight forwarder, 3PL and Customers (VL01N (Delivery Creation), VF01 (Invoice Creations)
• Track inventory from source of supply to 3PL or Customers.
• Schedule freight requirements from vendor or 3PL
• Prepare commercial and shipping documents as per customer work instructions.
• Communicate to customer the (via freight forwarder) order ETA.
• Provide backup for processing customer orders (entry into SAP, create deliveries for pick and pack, coordinate shipping documents)
• Any ad hoc duties as required

Requirements
• 1-3 years of supply chain operations or logistics experience.
• SAP MM, Purchasing and Sales Modules
• Willingness to learn and be coached.
