Logistic & Shipping Officer

Job content

• To perform and manage shipping schedule to achieve on time delivery
• Coordinate with forwarders, production & other related parties for shipment
• Preparation required shipping documents( Include FTA related documents - Tax incentive) accurately for all shipment
• To Prepare of Management reports, sales report and Transporation report

• Assist in purchasing related activities

• To plan budget and manage of shipping cost
• Manage of logistic flow ( plan containerin/out)

• Diploma or degree with 1-2years in shipping and logistic purchasing with a Manufacturing Industry
• Good knowledge in Free Trade Agreement
• Competent in computer usage ( MSWord and Excel )
• Possess sense of urgency and careful personality
• Hardworking and able to perform overtime when needed.
• Working location @ Tuas Area
