A growing Award-Winning company providing personal care solutions with its presence in Asia is expanding in Singapore. They are looking for enthusiastic and caring individual to join as a Live Operations Fulfilment Associate or Live Operations Associate!

1) Live Operations Fulfilment Associate
The Live Operations Fulfilment Associate will be sourcing out for manpower to fulfil the requirement base on the type of care-providing assignment from customer’s request, through telecommunication including WhatsApp. You will also in-charge of the administrative of backend operations such as confirming, assigning and cancellation of operations; following up with the assignment, and any queries from customer.

2 Live Operations Associate
You will work in the Live Operations team that manages care operations in Singapore. Your responsibilities include:
• ensure care delivery and fulfilment of visits;
• oversee and manage new incoming bookings and general enquiries from internal teams;
• identify and escalate discrepancies or errors to the respective teams;
• assist in any assigned tasks and support the overall team.

Requirements:
  • GCE ‘O’ level and above
  • Experience in administration and customer service in Healthcare industry is a plus point
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well both written and spoken
  • Resourceful and able to work under minimum supervision
  • Strong sense of a team player
  • Must be able to commit to work on 3 roster shifts and weekends

Other Information:
• Location: Nearer MRT - Kallang/Lavender/Bendemeer
• Work Schedule: 5 days’ work week, 3 rotation shifts
• Working Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm, 9:00-6:00, 12:00-9:00
• May required to work on overtime
• Benefits:
