Job Responsibilities:

• Review documents, offer legal advice and carry out contract negotiations
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and consultants to create legal contracts
• Provide the group of companies guidance on business-related matters.
• Manage the opening of associates, subsidiaries, branches, project offices and the closing or liquidation

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Degree in Law.
• At least 4 to 7 years of experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills both in writing and verbally.
• Willing to travel when necessary.
