Your role is to provide administrative support to the Learning and Development (L&D) department in all areas relating to Curriculum Development and Instructional Design. To this end, you will get direction, coaching and mentoring from your direct reporting superior.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze compiled data on quality and outcome surveys every month for updating at Management Meeting.
  • Conduct desktop research on topics assigned by the direct reporting superior. Organize and present the information along with your opinions to inform Management, using the templates provided.
  • Copy-write technical documents direct reporting superior’s for review before submission to the regulators.
  • Make improvements to training materials to keep them current, and/or for better learner engagement. This task will be done in batches, as advised by direct reporting superior.
  • Scan the Training and Adult Education industry every month to keep abreast of changes and trends. Produce a summary of findings and submit them to direct reporting superior for discussion.
  • Translate technical phrases and terminologies.
  • Perform quality checks on all works produced before submission to ensure all deliverables meet learning and development quality standard.
  • Maintain neat and accurate records of all works produced
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by direct reporting superior from time to time.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree qualification.
  • WSQ Diploma in Adult Continuing Education (DACE) and/or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) and/or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning & Performance (ACLP) preferred.
  • Minimum three years’ work experience in a training environment for in-house or public training organization.
  • Prior experience in e-learning is an added advantage.

  • Open individual who can accept feedback from direct reporting superior and co-workers to improve him/herself.
  • Demonstrate and have good writing skill in English, WPL level 6 or better with proof.
  • Meticulous and organized
  • Able to juggle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.
