Your new role

• You will be the bridge between the R&D and Commercial Team.
• Be the first point of contact for all PCR & NGS related issues.
• Responsible for training the distributor, internal team and customers.
• Support the new laboratory equipment within a site-wide project team.
  
  What you’ll need to succeed
• At least 2 to 4 years of experience with laboratory / research related work.
• Strong communication skills and able to manage internal / external stakeholders.
• Able to manipulate tools and equipment to perform essential functions.
• Sound technical skills within Life Sciences / Medical Devices.
