Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for the total cleanliness of the outlet’s kitchen and dishwashing area

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots and ensure they are ready for operations

• Maintain and upkeep of work area and kitchen equipment eg the dishwashing machine

• Empty and dispose trash at designated area and keep bin area cleaned and sanitized at all times

• Work closely with other team members to create a hygienic and sanitary work environment including the general cleanliness for front of house dining area

• Perform cleaning activities in accordance with Company SOPs and regulatory standards.

• Adhere to all sanitation and maintenance requirements for all equipment

• Any other duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Able to speak and understand simple English will be preferred

• A good team player to maintain good relationship amongst team members in the outlet

• Compliance-driven in meeting quality standards and work requirements

• Possess enthusiasm in learning and keen to get feedback for improvement

• Energetic, cheerful, friendly, and hardworking

• Pleasant, polite manner, neat and always maintain high standard of personal hygiene and neatly attired

• Able to work on rotating shift which include weekends and public holidays
