Job Description

As a Power Platform Technology Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and

implementation of Power Platform solutions. You will be responsible for designing and developing custom

solutions to meet business requirements, providing technical leadership, and ensuring the quality of the

solutions.

Requirements
  • Lead an application support team to manage Business As Usual (BAU) support, enhancements and project activities.
  • Delivery planning and active management for Enhancements, BAU Fixes to ensure timely delivery and proper upkeeping of the applications.
  • Plan, manage and own the total of Book of Work that the team is responsible to deliver under BAU, enhancements and project activities (subset). In addition, the Book of Work will include other activities such as but limited to Audit , Disaster Recovery Exercise, OS patching). This will require ability to estimate and plan the delivery based on available capacity.
  • Be prepared to coach and guide the team of Business Analysts and Developer/Technical Analyst to meet objectives.
  • Lead and drive solution discussion with key parties such as Enterprise Architect etc. and also align with the Business User / Owner
  • Prepare status reporting
  • Engage and manage key business owner/user(S) to align and handle expectations well.

Qualification:

  • Strong problem solving and ability to coach, guide and share knowledge/experience to the team
  • Ability to work in a multi-partner / vendor environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. Pro-active and highly motivated individual
  • Used to be developer/technical lead who are well versed in .NET/MS CRM, MS SQL, IHS Markit EDM (mandatory) product etc.
  • Good overall knowledge in various SDLC tools/request management such as JIRA, Confluence or similar
  • Good knowledge in software release tools such as BitBucket, Jenkins or similar Devops tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with waterfall / agile (hybrid) methodology.
  • Highly motivated to handle multiple tasks, projects, and priorities.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in managing applications/systems.
