Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for applications, networks, and servers as required
• Assist the IT team with applications/tools including SIEM, Endpoint Protection, Email Protection, Firewall, etc
• Assist in software deployment and system patches
• Ensure that IT issues have been corrected and maintain records of work performed
• Providing technical support across the company, including Singapore, regional offices, and retail stores
• Provide technical support to server and network infrastructure and perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated
• Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as required by the IT Dept / IT Project

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Internship period: Minimum to commit 5 months or more
• Able to communicate effectively in both oral and written aspects.
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Good knowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac OS Operating systems
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
