Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for applications, networks, and servers as required
- Assist the IT team with applications/tools including SIEM, Endpoint Protection, Email Protection, Firewall, etc
- Assist in software deployment and system patches
- Ensure that IT issues have been corrected and maintain records of work performed
- Providing technical support across the company, including Singapore, regional offices, and retail stores
- Provide technical support to server and network infrastructure and perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated
- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as required by the IT Dept / IT Project
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Internship period: Minimum to commit 5 months or more
- Able to communicate effectively in both oral and written aspects.
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Good knowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac OS Operating systems
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
