Job Responsibilities: Conduct of Individual Physical Proficiency Tests (IPPT) Ensure that the standard safety measures are in place, in accordance with the checklist prepared by the Authority Confirm the IPPT test participants’ attendance based on the test participant nomination roll Observe how the IPPT is conducted and advise the APF trainers Observe the recording of results awarded to each test participants Ensure that the test results are correctly tabulated and recorded for each test station Monitor the progress of the IPPT and inform the Authority Job Requirements: No criminal records and free from being charged in the court of law With at least one (1) year of experience in taking on audit and training-related tasks and/or projects and/or postings Had undergone shooting trainings during his National Service or active service in an uniformed organisation Proficient in written and spoken English Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
