JOB SCOPE

• Process customers’ orders and invoices
• Disseminate POs to suppliers
• Prepare monthly account payables for finance
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, freight forwarders and customers for smooth delivery of shipments
• Other duties as may be assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Only those able to start immediately need apply
• Candidate must possess at least O levels or equivalent
• Enjoys fast paced environment and is meticulous
• Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Full-Time positions available
• Singaporeans only
• 5-days work week 9 am – 6 pm, off on 1 weekday and 1 weekend (fixed schedule)
• Choice of 5 days or 4-days work week but must work Saturday, off Sunday + weekdays
• Lunch provided free of charge
• Medical, optical benefits and weekend allowance
