Job Duties

-Manage claims enquiries via calls/email from customers and intermediaries and provide a reply within the agreed SLA
-Ensure all daily incoming mails are scanned and assigned to respective team members
-Identify and escalate the issues to claim handler and ensure resolutions are communicated in a timely manner to the caller/enquirer
-Provide admin support in LOG issuance to relevant stakeholders
-Create a Call Log file to gather data about subject of call and email enquiries

Job Requirements

-Minimum A level & above or equivalent
-Good communication skills
-Call centre experience will be an advantage
