- Responsible for the training and professional development of employees

- The L&D Executive keeps a strong focus not just on what the learners wants and needs, but also on the needs of the organisation.

- Manage communication of L&D strategies and employee participation across various L&D programmes

- Analyse employee learning needs

- Keep track of training report and follow up with HODs for monthly training record.

- Assist the Talent Manager in recruitment (screening of candidates) for the Line staff.
