Duties
- Conduct Interview (For Non-Executive & Supervisor level)
- Take charge of all jobs advertisement posting on Newspaper, Jobstreets, Schools’ Portal / Community Centre Portal etc. (ensure compliance to the Tripartite Guideline)
- Preparation of Letter of Appointment (LOA)
- Arrangement and briefing of LOA to new joiners
- Take charge of all employment pass application and renewal (WP/SP/EP)
- Conduct Orientation to new joinees
- Creation and update Master record for Payroll Vendor
- Creation and Maintaining of Employees’ P files
- Application & renewal of in & Out-patient cards for new joinees
- Issuance & Preparation of properties for new joinees such as uniform, name tags, passes etc.
- Staff engagement activities
Requirements
- Diploma in Buiness / HR
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment
