Job content


  • Conduct Interview (For Non-Executive & Supervisor level)
  • Take charge of all jobs advertisement posting on Newspaper, Jobstreets, Schools’ Portal / Community Centre Portal etc. (ensure compliance to the Tripartite Guideline)
  • Preparation of Letter of Appointment (LOA)
  • Arrangement and briefing of LOA to new joiners
  • Take charge of all employment pass application and renewal (WP/SP/EP)
  • Conduct Orientation to new joinees
  • Creation and update Master record for Payroll Vendor
  • Creation and Maintaining of Employees’ P files
  • Application & renewal of in & Out-patient cards for new joinees
  • Issuance & Preparation of properties for new joinees such as uniform, name tags, passes etc.
  • Staff engagement activities


  • Diploma in Buiness / HR
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment
