Job content

  • Lead a team of people engagement executives to develop people engagement frameworks and communication plans
  • Plan, develop and grow the company’s plans in employee valuation and engagement and workplace wellness
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive employee engagements
  • Conduct onboarding, exit interviews and surveys to understand employee motivations and grievances

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
  • 7 years of relevant HR experience with 4 years in managing a team
  • Experience in Unit4 Prosoft HRMS is advantageous
  • IHRP Certification is advantageous
