Responsibilities:

· To liaise with the heads of departments on the recruitment and selection of permanent staff, recruiting calibre staff to meet operational and succession needs of the Company.

· To prepare weekly manpower status report

· To prepare the salary tracking and salary benchmarking report

· To prepare expense budgets

· To prepare manpower/payroll budgets

· To manage retail recruitment

· Perform HR analysis on reports

· Handle enquiries from employees on HR-related matters.

· Assist to consolidate payroll info for submission to payroll

· Assist to process external invoices and claims of staff

· Assist to review and submit medical insurance claims and documents to insurer (work injury compensation, H&S etc) and follow up where necessary.

· Prepare and co-ordinate the Excellent Service Awards

· HR administrative duties, such as follow up on IHP medical card, enrollment of new staff for insurance coverage and medical checkup and etc.

· Assist in managing all work passes application

· Assist in HR ad-hoc events.

· Any such other duties which may be assigned by Management from time to time.
