Working Location: Bukit Gombak

Job purpose

• To provide the optimal level of care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• To assist in activities and programs promoting healthy aging for clients.

Duties and responsibilities

• Assist in taking clients’ vital signs.
• Report to superior if any abnormality observed.
• Conduct activities with clients.
• Assist client in showering, ambulation/exercise, and toileting.
• Kitchen duties which involve simple food preparation.
• Disinfect and clean Centre and equipment.
• Perform escort duty for van transport.
• Assist Enrolled Nurse / Registered Nurse as when required.
• Upholds and practice high standards in the care for clients set by the Centre Manager.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Centre Manager.
  

Minimum Qualification Level

• Secondary Education without GCE ’O’ / ’N’ Level or equivalent
