The Office of Grants Administration serves to provide oversight in grants management and compliance, in order to promote effective stewardship of RIE funds managed by A*STAR as an Implementing Agency, as well as grants held by A*STAR as grant recipients.

The role of the Hd (Data Analytics) involves the setup of an end-to-end data pipeline for the Integrated Grants Management System (IGMS), a platform used by national R&D funding agencies for the management of research grants. The job scope will involve the following tasks:

?? Identify data requirements from funding agencies and the grant recipients.

?? Formulate data sharing policies for the research sectors, including security and access policies, and data cleaning.

?? Liaising with other IGMS stakeholders on the implementation of the API.

?? Work with end users (grantors and grantees) on dashboard UI/UX.

Requirements

?? Experience in managing IT/data projects

?? Familiarity with UI/UX concepts

?? Working knowledge of data management principles and tools

?? Strong analytical, investigative and systems thinking abilities

?? Good aesthetic and design sense

?? A strong sense of curiosity
