Responsibilities:

• Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements, creating images, banners, logos and website layouts using design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator or by hand.
• Able to create exquisite graphic designs and illustration that is lively and eye-catching.
• Illustrating concepts by designing of art arrangement, size, type size and style, submitting them for approval.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary, ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, expressive and on-brand.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in graphic design or related field, with 4 to 6 years of experience in graphic design.
• Positive, be proactive, detail oriented and collaborative with good organizational skills to deftly manage the multiple competing priorities of the role.
• Possess good working attitude, reliable, flexible, enthusiastic, helpful and self-motivated.
• Pleasant with exceptional analytical skills, good verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly and concisely, both in written and verbal formats.
• Ability to prioritize work, meticulous and attention to details and high accuracy of work, result oriented focus.
• A great problem solver, ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to be a team player, works effectively with various levels within an organization, including senior-level leadership, professionals and staff and quickly build relationships.
• Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio, ability to create attractive design with a consistent style.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (AI), any raster graphics editor, such as Adobe Photoshop (PSD), and any 3D design program with high accuracy and fluidity that is able to generate STL file.
• Able to propose, generate and express creative ideas to supervisor, an immaculate eye for design quality.
• Strong aspect in outlining and gradients (shadows, depth, etc), able to articulate the concept and process of design stages.
