Job content

• Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of support.
• Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone or email.
• Remain up-to-date with the latest information that
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures closely.
• Any other tasks assigned.

Requirement
• At least GCE N Level
• Passionate in customer service
• Able to work for 5 days work week

Monday to Friday - 08:30am to 6pm
