The Global Accounts Team will deliver revenue by organizing around key global accounts currently working with TikTok. The team will design and weave a global network to drive scaled revenue opportunities, internal knowledge centers, and cross-market / cross-functional collaboration to act as One Team in service of and in collaboration with our key Global Advertisers.

As PMO to the Global Accounts team, the ideal candidate possesses the ability to document and organize process requirements, roadmaps, deliverables, task owners and timelines in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about cross-functional project management, high level strategic thinking and on the ground execution. This role requires the ability to work across different time zones and using analytical rigor to identify and prioritize organizational pain points and opportunity areas. The successful candidate is intellectually curious, creative, self-resilient and comfortable operating in ambiguity with strategic thinking.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) for the Global Accounts team and handle any other related matters coordinating with HQ and regional business unit stakeholders for overall project management
  • Full life-cycle responsibilities include designing best practices, creating internal knowledge centers tracking global accounts’ performance, and optimization mapping.
  • Managing global coordination, implementation of global governance, and seeing all projects to completion as well as global adoption.
  • Identify areas of common concern, redundancies in operation, and inefficiencies in order develop standards and polices to improve workflow and opportunity mapping
  • Partner with global counterparts across sales, legal, operations and product to drive internal and CRM product development and system improvements for data, reporting, sales approval, and legal framework
  • Manage complex projects with aggressive timelines and work with internal stakeholders to establish Global Accounts roadmaps and communicate timelines and deliverables to internal stakeholders as needed
  • Develop a strong understanding of the business and technical requirements in digital marketing and advertising
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, managing budgets, and media campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally, both internally and externally
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing global projects across multiple markets and cultures
