MolyWorks Materials is the global leading manufacturer of sustainable metal powders. We are building a manufacturing plant in Singapore and rapidly expanding our business in the APAC region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the local equipment, including the initial setup. He/she will also support Technical Director and Process Engineers towards achieving best-in-class yield, cost, quality, and availability. The successful candidate may have the opportunity for short-term training in the USA. Some of the key job responsibilities include:

· Support the day-to-day facility and machine operation of the equipment.

· Be part of the facility setup, machine installation, and commissioning, including setting up the standard operating procedures (SOP), process specifications, production control plan, etc.

· Involved in process and material issue troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

· Support plant preventive and maintenance procedures.

· Support the engineers to ensure compliance to audits, Quality, Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), and other relevant industry standards.

· Perform troubleshooting and repair work on machines to minimize equipment downtime.

· Implement corrective and preventive actions as part of the continuous improvement efforts.

· Provide feedback for process, output, and yield improvements.

· Support other operational matters.

Job requirement

· Diploma/Degree in an engineering field.

· At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in semiconductor or chemicals manufacturing or similar industry.

· Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Demonstrate strong teamwork and ability to collaborate across functions, levels, and regions.

· Self-motivated, proactive, hands-on, and able to work autonomously.

· Fluent in English and the second language of choice.

· Singapore Citizen/Singapore PR.
