Fish Production Operator

Job content

1. Prepare workstations at the start of processing & clean and reinstate workstations after processing.
2. Handle frozen/chilled fish/seafood processing by types of equipment with various components including processing (cutting, trimming, deboning & deskinning etc), packing (vacuum packing & strapping etc ) and storing of products
3. Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment
4. Ensure that all food hygiene and safety standards are met and keep up to date with industry standards
5. Perform other food manufacturing duties assigned by the supervisor, as needed
