Responsibilities/Jobscope

• Provide advanced technical support to our end users of Semsysco products
• Support installation & commissioning of Semsysco products at end user locations throughout Asia.
• Provides operational training to customers, typically at point of installation to ensure the effective and safe machine operation.
• Provide support to customer with a quick response time.
• Provides immediate feedback on product quality and design issues. Works closely with factory for improving and solving quality and design issues. Also works closely with sector and sales teams regarding, products and services.

Requirements

• A Diploma/Degree or equivalent in engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in equivalent engineering role or technical support at international level preferred
• Industry background with multi technology products; mechanics, software and training
• You will need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to present solutions to complex problems to a varied audience.
• Excellent communication/customer handling skills
• As you will also be providing the 2ndline technical support to Asia Pacific countries, proficiency in English is essential.
• Highly self motivated
