JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Liaise and coordinate with dedicated, team in china and coordinator design and related matters.

● Sourcing of ready-made clothes, raw materials, accessories form market.

● Maintain up-to-date market information of latest market and fashion trends and communication of such info to management and outlets.

● Monitor fashion trends, make suggestions, and obtain approval to order future stocks.

● Collate outlets feedback on customer preferences, fashion trends.

● Collate feedback on alteration requests e.g., size, cutting, designs, sleeve lengths etc to alleviate alteration problems.

● Collate customers request on product requirements and preferences in order to decide future purchases and quantity.

● Close cooperation with other departments to ensure smooth functions of dept.

● Follow up OEM order.

● Sourcing new garment factory.

● Any other duties as assigned by the superior and management.

REQUIREMENTS:

● Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Textile/Fashion Design or equivalent.

● At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

● Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Merchandising, Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
