Department:Facilities

Report to:Section Leader

POSITION PROFILE

Based in:Singapore; The successful candidate will support operations in the Facilities Department.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

• Troubleshoot and solve equipment issues that occur daily
• Operate and inspect all plant equipment and 5S activities
• Liaise with internal job requester and supervise contracts in project work
• Formulate and check equipment check sheets and operation procedures
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs
• Seek ways to continuously improve equipment troubles
• Ensure uninterrupted utilities supply to production
• Identify workplace hazard and eliminate them
• Support energy saving activities
• Support Energy Centre operations and fire-fighting protection system
• Conduct training program for junior/new team members
• To understand the consequences of not following the procedures related to work area
• To understand company’s objectives and environmental policy
• To understand the significant environmental impact while carrying out maintenance works
• Perform special assignments as and when requested by immediate supervisor

ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

• Degree in Building & Mechanical Engineering
• Able to work independently and understand electrical wiring diagram
• Required to work in energy centre, AHU room, rooftop, and dry room
• Willing to perform shift duties/job rotation when required
• Willing to undergo training for M&E, including maintenance works, fire protection systems etc.
