As an integral member of the Healthcare Leadership College (HLC), this position will work closely with the Senior Manager / Assistant Manager and other stakeholders to manage and ensure the smooth delivery of HLC’s range of leadership programmes that meet the development needs of the public healthcare institutions.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Support Programme Planning, Design and Evaluation
- Work with Programme Managers to design and develop programmes in consultation with subject matter experts and key stakeholders
- Support the development of curriculum and new learning methodologies to improve learning outcomes
- Support to evaluate the effectiveness of programmes and provide recommendations for improvement
2. Support Programme Management and Delivery for HLC programmes
- Support the planning and implementation of programme within budget and in accordance to MOHH procurement frameworks and processes.
- Responsible for admin/logistical planning and execution to ensure smooth running of programmes
- Manage vendor engagement including procurement planning, seeking approval to final appointment of vendor
- Update and manage programme database for HLC alumni
3.Division Work
- Opportunity to meaningfully participate in divisional work, projects and committees to expand the capability and capacity of the College
Requirement:
- Minimum Degree holder
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and to meet tight deadlines
- Meticulous team player with excellent communication/interpersonal, organizational and stakeholder (of varying levels) management skills
- Proficient with MS Office applications
- Familiarity or experience in Singapore’s healthcare system will be an advantage
- At least 1-2 years of experience in programme management, learning and development
