Job Responsibilities

• Consolidate feedback from consumers, pharmacists, doctors, and nurses regarding pharmacy products and services.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and conduct regular pricing surveys to ensure competitive pricing.
• Manage promotional activities, including coordinating with suppliers, updating staff, arranging product displays on the shop floor, distributing promotional materials to hospital staff, and handling post-promotional duties
• Maintain accurate data for over-the-counter (OTC) retail products across various systems (e.g., SAP, iPharm, POS, e-commerce, vending machines).
• Update product information, manage price changes, remove obsolete data, add new products, and ensure timely price updates on shelf labels.
• Assist supervisors in overseeing the work of team members, including Executives and Retail Assistants.
• Support the Retail Assistant in monitoring inventory, checking product expiration dates, and ensuring proper storage according to retail standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Oversee item master maintenance activities, including price adjustments, product additions, and timely communication of price changes to operational staff.
• Monitor and review retail pharmacy standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure compliance.

Job Requirement

• Possess Degree in relevant field.
• Relevant experience with product sourcing.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
