Job Purpose:

  • The incumbent will be responsible for the preparation and processing of monthly payroll, CPF submissions, benefits administration and HR reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Administration

  • Process monthly payroll using payroll software
  • Maintain employee records to ensure that employee changes and payroll data are updated.
  • Review and process deductions from payroll
  • Monthly statutory submission of CPF
  • Yearly statutory submission of IR8A and Appendix 8A File.
  • Process and submit statutory claims and reports with accuracy:-
  • Government approved grants like Maternity leave, Paternity leave, Childcare leave, NS pay etc.
  • Government funding schemes like Wage Credit Scheme, Job Support Scheme, Job Growth Incentive;
  • Adhoc reports and government surveys.
  • Attend to auditors’ queries relating to payroll
  • Update the payroll policy and procedures as when changes are made
  • Ensure compliance with MOM, CPF, IRAS and other statutory rules

Benefits Administration

  • Administer and process various staff benefits programs including Work Injury Compensation Insurance; Group Hospitalization & Surgical Insurance Plan etc and other benefits administration
  • Liaise with 3rd party vendor and manage outpatient medical invoices.

HR Reporting

  • Produce month-end HR reportings as well as adhoc reports
  • Prepare and submit all statutory reports and survey forms as required

Projects & Others

  • Assist in Rewards activities such as annual salary/bonus/ benefits review exercise
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Handle staff enquiries pertaining to payroll, benefits and insurance matters

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Good knowledge of employment act, CPF and income tax regulations
  • Experience with using payroll software is essential
  • Good in Microsoft Excel is preferred
  • Attentive to details, organized and customer oriented
  • Able to work independently and within tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
