Responsibilities:

Scope includes full spectrum of HR functions:

  • Recruitment, interviewing, appointment, resignation/termination training and development
  • Engagement and retention
  • Performance management
  • Compensation and benefits
  • Job descriptions, personal files and database
  • Permit and pass applications
  • HR and personal data protection policies, SOPs, employee handbook
  • Manpower-related surveys (MOM, DOS, MOH, MSF, AIC, NCSS etc)
  • Training-related funding applications (WDA, VCF, SDF etc)
  • Any ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution
  • Possess min. 2-3 years prior HR working experience preferably from a healthcare or social service institution
  • Prior experience handling full spectrum of HR scope
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player and able to work independently as well
