Job content

  • Act as the point of contact for employees
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
  • Make appointments/reservations where necessary
  • Plan, propose, organize and handle everything with regards to company events/celebrations etc
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Remind the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support manager, which will extend to maintain personal life
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as needed
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
  • Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
