In this role as Sustainability Analyst, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to


LREIT-led, Sustainability to support

  • Benchmark sustainability performance with peers local / regional / global

  • Keep abreast of ESG trends & reporting space

  • Support IR engagement in ESG, with the objective to raise LREIT’s profile in the ESG space

  • Support engagement with industry associations (SGX, SGListCo, REITAS, SIAS, MSCI ESG) and social impact beneficiaries (Project Dignity and beneficiaries under Lendlease Foundation to achieve the social value target of A$250 million by 2025)

  • Support in comms / releases / annual reporting on Sustainability

Sustainability-led, LREIT to support

  • Sustainability Reporting: Collaboration with Singapore Sustainability Manager & Asset Ops on Mission Zero initiative tracking for the purpose of external reporting

  • Sustainable financing: Tracking of sustainability performance targets and RECs retirement

  • Social Metrics: Work closely with Asset Ops in social / community activation and data collection of social metrics to achieve social value target of A$250 million by 2025

Key results area

  • Clear oversight of all sustainability data quality for LREIT, including routine meetings with other Lendlease Sustainability Analysts and facilitation of audit close out actions relating to energy, water and waste data improvements for people, systems and processes.

  • Communication and timely reporting of sustainability performance for both internal and external purposes.

  • Oversight and support of initiatives that have delivered measurable improvements in sustainability performance.

  • Work closely with Lendlease Sustainability team on relevant sustainability reporting and performance management activities in accordance with Group Sustainability requirements and Basis of Preparation guidelines.

  • Work closely with regulators (SGX, SGListCo) / business partners (ESG consultants) on reporting compliance.

  • Effective administration and ongoing improvements of LREIT’s sustainability reporting.

  • Attend sustainability meetings (LREIT and other stakeholders) and other Sustainability team meetings (as required)

  • Routine meetings with the Regional sustainability analysts across the organisation to facilitate training, communication and general administration of Lendlease’s sustainability data management systems and reporting.

  • Continual upskilling in sustainability data management and the future of non-financial reporting.


  • Tertiary Qualifications in Real Estate, Architect Engineering or sustainability related field with 2-3 years of working experience.

  • Expertise in administration and maintenance of sustainability data management and reporting systems.

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel or equivalent for analysis, review and reporting of sustainability data, performance trends and strategic insights.

  • Proven verbal and written communication across Businesses, management, operations, regions and time zones

  • Accountability and proven project management skills (time, budget, resources)

  • Interpersonal ability, particularly skills in change management and stakeholder engagement will be a benefit
